The Seasons are Changing

To begin this fall season... bu dum bum! I'm sick. BUT wellness will prevail. I'm going to miss the warm sun and the summer breeze, but snow is pretty and fun to snowboard on. So I will hopefully survive. I bought a new jacket yesterday which I'm pretty excited to test out once the cold weather approaches.

I know that everyone is always comparing life to the weather or a storm of some sort, but as the seasons change it only reminds me that my life is always in motion. We are often entering a new door to a new experience. I dislike change, but lately I've been begging for it. We can't allow ourselves to get too set in our ways or we will be swept out from under our feet sooner or later. If we live our lives as if we are a swing, hanging long from the top of the metal bar, and as soon as a huge wind blows in it swings with the breeze and becomes one with it's surroundings. That is the only way we can come to cope and find peace with the situation we might be placed in. As long as we hold tight to the bar that we are connected to, the bar that gives us our main support and holds us up 24/7, we will survive, we will stand strong and be able to survive any breeze that might blow our way.
